I know absolutely nothing about ancient Roman coins. I usually deal with U.S. coins. But from the research I have done, I think this is Gordian III on the obverse. I am unsure of the reverse and of the inscription on either side. Can someone please help me? thank you

It is Gordian III. The reverse is FORTVNA REDUX.
