Hello Coin Community! I want to buy boxes of pennies, but I'm not sure which banks are the best with boxes of coins. I've got a Community Bank, and a Northern Federal Credit Union in my local area. Please let me know if these banks are any good with boxes of pennies.

Thanks, Fury

@fury, that is an interesting question to pose, but I'm not sure that I've ever heard of one bank providing "better" rolls than others. Back when I was doing a ton of CRHing, I had an acquisition bank and a dump bank, but that was based on convenience and bank rules.

You know what would be interesting? Going to an old town, and if they have any cent rolls, grabbing some.

If anyone has any stories relating to that I would love to hear them.

Only one way to find out!
There is no rhyme or reason to banks/CU's that provide coin, nor does age of town seem to make any difference.
