Can someone help me identify this doubling in GOD? Looks like a grease issue. I know it's not a DDO, but can you help me so I can add it to my prior knowledge? Thanks.

DDD and over polishing altered the devices. Also I see split plating (which is odd on the obverse) on the area in question.
