One side of the coin is a 5 Batz from Bern 1826 and the other side is a 21 sol from Geneva 1710.
Haven't been able to find anything about this coin.

Looks like two coins smelted together, the outer grooving doesn't look normal.

They are two different size coins, the 5 batz is 2mm smaller.

Comparing your images with those at https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces22966.html and https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces48515.html, it's clear that yours didn't start as authentic coins. Sorry about that but it's still a very interesting piece. Two headed designs are often associated with magic tricks but magic tricks would typically involve current coinage and these two designs are more than a century apart. A wild guess is that somebody at one of the coin counterfeiting factories mixed up dies.
