Mintmark location totally different than 001. Not that die number.

Thanks coop. So would this be mechanical Die Deterioration or hub doubling?

I can't tell from the images if it is MD or die wear. The Liberty is showing the movement to the left. The date is showing movement to the left. Die wear should show on the right side of the date. Its not a doubled die as the date and the mintmark are showing the same thing. So it is probably MD, but it doesn't look flat. The jury is still out on this one. The last image was the best for removing glare. A closer view of the LIBERTY without the glare might show me a bit more. Keep it safe for now.
