Note the weakened motto devices are showing a wider base. That tells me the die had grease in those devices, leaving them weaker in height.

Technically yes, but extremely common and has no premium value. Keep watching your change and over time you will find a lot of them.

Letters in motto are not complete on left and have different definition

Eagle on back seems to be grabbing double arrow
