I'm going to say the standard "handling" advisements since it was left to you.
You don't want to handle the coins by the surfaces only the edges. Your skin oils will Leave marks on them. Or wear gloves.
As far as the coins themselves they are going to be the standard uncirculated hole fillers for albums. Better quality than from circulation but not worth much more than face value. Not to diminish it, I mean a uncircualted
State Quarter that's clean and not marked up sells for roughly $1.00 let's say, an uncircualted
Presidential dollar that's clean sells for around $2.50. This is what they would sell for sitting on a website or on
ebay waiting for a buyer, not what a dealer would give you which would be less, and the dealer does the work to sell them. I'm not sure a dealer would by them really unless part of a more valuable collection and then they stick them in the $1.00 or $2.00 bins and wait for the hole filler people to come in.
You don't want to mess them up by handling them. If you don't have albums for them I'd say leAve them in the baggies.that's at least keeping dust off of the coins and keeping them from scratching each other depending on how they are stored.
