Any ideas on this? Kinda hard to tell in pictures but the obverse right looks proof like and left looks normal. Then the back looks normal too?

@tlw, unrelated to this particular coin, I wanted to give you a gentle nudge to please flatten the staples on all of your 2x2s. Otherwise, you run the risk of having these staples scratch an adjoining coin in your collection (or vice versa).

It's always best to remove coins from the 2x2s to show us the coin correctly, not through plastic, and please crop the photos so only the full coin fills the screen. Thank you.

And with US coins, there is no such thing as "Proof like", it either is or it isn't.
