I have a question about a possible Silver Eagle reverse error. When looking at the obverse side of the coin and you flip it over the obverse is a perfect 180degree flip....... its off by at least 5 degrees or more is this a mint error....?

5 degrees of rotation is not enough to be considered to be an error or to add much value to a coin's market price. Rotation of 15 degrees or more is generally needed for a coin to be considered an error and rotation of at least 45 degrees or more is the point at which noticeable price premiums begin; 180 degrees of rotation is the max. (Lesser rotations on truly rare coins can be sought after by collectors, however.)

Here's one I have in my collection (the reverse should be upside down):

@John1: The holder was branded "Signature Holder" by PCGS and was only marketed for a short time. You can read more about the coin and holder here in my original post about it/them.
