Hello! I am new to coin collecting so I am not sure how to identify problems. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a DDO Repunched Mint Mark and error coin. Could you confirm what errors it might have? I dont know what I am looking at but the 8 in 1985 look doubled, so does the mint mark, and there is a big weird 7 die clash on the other side. Is this error worth anything? Please let me know. Thank you. And please let me know if I should get it graded.

First off, Welcome to the forum and well done posting full images of the obverse and reverse.
Second, IMHO, not any type of Doubled Die or RPM, but your coin is suffering from multiple plating issues.
As a new collector, you will learn a lot about the change in production to cents starting in the middle of 1982. They went from a mostly copper alloy to a copper-plated zinc planchet. In the early years, they were trying to iron out production "wrinkles". The bumpy texture (small plating blisters) and push plating (secondary devices or letters/numbers) are evident on your coin.

Keep having fun and posting.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

The first two photos appear to be low resolution images made large. Higher resolution pics--obverse and reverse--would be great.

Interesting backdrop for the last two photos--a general map showing Iran, Kazakhstan, etc.

Post 82 cents will vary from Lincoln with Leprosy to fairly decent shape. They tend to improve (IMHO) in the 90's. I'm a beginner myself, but just commenting on what I find in my circulated rolls. No premium that I am aware of - if there is I have culled quite a few!

You have plating issues as pointed out on your cent, but not a repunched mintmark, nor a DDO. Not really an error coin, sorry. And no, not worth having it graded as it's worth only face value now. You will learn about various errors and what to look for if you read pages here on CCF... you can search on topics from any upper left hand page here. Feel free to ask questions too, we are a friendly bunch.

Your photography was pretty good, but please crop your images so only the coin fills the space. Generally, we like to see both sides of your coin, and close-ups of any areas in question, but overall, your photos were great! Good going!

to the CCF!
