I looked for grinding marks but didn't see any I looked on line couldn't find anything help what are these rare or trash

Coins like that are called slot machine coins.
That's what they would look like after several years of use.

Is that the way your coin got looking like that?
Don't know but, if not, then at least something similar.

Agree, just post-mint damage of some sort (good theory, slot machines) - they're spenders.
