Certainly looks to be a good bet for Henry VIII Halfpennies from the second coinage - 1526-1544.
Left one appears to have no identifying letters, making it London mint - S2356 probably.
Right hand one has letters either side of the bust, but I can't work out what they are the remains of! WA or TC would be Canterbury, TW or EL would be York. The mintmarks above the king's head are also indecipherable to me.
The SPI certainly fits to be part of ROSA SIE SPINA - part of the legend for Henry VIII second coinage.
