I believe I had this on here before and I have noticed other coins since then that are authenticated as being damaged at the mint and not PMD. I just came across this coin again while going through some oddities so I figured I would put it out there again to see if maybe it catches someone's eye who might know something more about the damage that's been done to it. Weight/3.04 g.

PMD. Weight is normal. This did not leave the mint looking this way. If this is the second time you have shown this coin here, I am certain that's what you were told before as well. Has all the markings of a coin that was damaged sometime during it's long life outside the mint. PMD.

@skippy, I couldn't find a prior thread with this specific coin posted, but I agree with @ml that it was damaged after leaving the mint.
