Brand New To Coin Collecting - Is This An Error Or Damage?

Asher5250 New Member United States 5 Posts	Posted 06/19/2020 5:54 pm Hi all and thanks for any help. I've only been collecting for about 3 weeks and have come across this coin in my coin rolls.
