It was a normal coin. Someone altered it with a counter stamp like a squeeze process. It maybe valuable a collector of these, but not to a coin collector, as the coin is now damaged.

It's not a mint error, it's damage. Someone counterstamped it. Sorry!

Not and error, it's a counterstamp added some time after it left the mint. It's a masonic counterstamp to be specfic.

Some people collect counterstamps as novelties, but really it's just PMD.
