1965 Quarter Doubled Die Obverse / DDO And Odd Worth Having It Graded? What Would You Do?

Titles are Important! * I was going through some of my quarters the other day and happened to check out some 1965 quarters and look for any of the Double die varieties which I know many exist But this one really caught me by surprise. Any info or help on variety if it exists would be greatly appreciated. Please humor me while I get used to trying to get used to posting anything here. Hope the photos are self explanatory. Most of the doubling I have seen before has been more on the right side of the lettering. Strong doubling of the front of face along with doubling of eye. Doubling of obverse is only on the quarter and dollar except for... Next image. Doubling? Under the beak of the eagle. Haven't seen this before on this date.
