1964-D Washington Quarter Die Crack + ?

Can you let me know what to call that in the number 4? This coin on reverse has multiple cracks running from Q going up right wing through URIBUS down left wing to C in AMERICA. I have the pictures but didn't want to over post 12 total pictures. Did they have a large problem that year with mechanical mint marks?

Yes, minor die chip on the 4. And possible die crack along the base of Washington's bust. Nice close-ups.

I missed seeing the chip the first time. Know what stood out to me? The die striation lines on the tops of the date devices. So there was some slight Machine Doubling present after the strike.
