I'd go with Rim Fin issues and not rim Cud. Cuds are chips on the die while rim fins are metal fins that stick up around the rim so not the same thing. But certainly can look similar on the coin at times.

Over TRUST looks more like Retained Collar Cud Have a look see. Its a 1973 cent looking close to your coin. And your coin also has the small rim Cud over In God. Look down the page to this error and it matches yours. http://www.error-ref.com/?s=Rim+Cud

Yes, the issue over TRUST is more cud-like, but not sure it is definable as something that would get an attribute.

I'd give you rim Cud on this but it's so minor and not well formed it wouldn't be desirable to a Cud collector. Very likely a Cud, just not big or well defined to result in any premium. Circulation would make this irrelevant in a short time and unnoticeable. Starting at left of the U in trust, running to the I in in, but I think on the "I" side there is finning. There's a clearly defined end of a Cud above the u in trust. However I don't find a clearly defined beginning.... and there should be on a rim Cud. Possibly rim Cud + finning? Maybe Cud end at the "e" in we and it's fining above "in g" in "in God we"? Hard to tell from these pics what's going on but from my experience a start and finish point being clearly defined is key to a rim Cud.

For future references on your images, always focus on the fields. Note how the devices are fuzzy? When the fields are in focus, the raised devices will be in focus. So don't focus on the rims or the tops of the devices. It alters the focus in a bad way.

Thanks a million coop. Focusing on field really works great. It always bothered me with the rest was fuzzy. Darn it why didn't I think of that. (Lol) now I (almost?) know everything? Always something new to pick up.
