1991 P Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Spike Head Unattributed

Coin is unremarkable and not very attractive - permanent fingerprint (not mine)on obverse and some sort of white oxidation all over reverse. Couldn't find it on cuds-on-coins, though I'm fairly certain this is a spike head. the "spike" ends at the ear. 2 photos for different lighting angles.
