More on an issue with circulation flattening. Other wise a normal coin is all I see.

By the looks of your lighting hitting the back of the jacket and head I would say it looks like a lighting issue making it look doubled.

We here CRINGE when we see photos of fingers holding coins! Lay your coin down and photograph it from overhead! Fingerprints on coins are NOT your friend!

That point being made, I think what we are seeing is a lighting issue. Can you provide better photos, please?
