Hi,
Here I am sharing mint mark of 3 different 1964-D US Jefferson nickel coins, two of them show the similar feature and the third one is slightly different.
I request you to kindly have look to these images and help me out to understand them.
Thanking you.
With regards,
Habib.

First one shows signs of Machine Doubling on its left-hand side (IMO)..all show the effect of die deteriorating doubling...(motion towards the rim)...most likely all spenders...

The right side is showing die wear. Note you can see the same event on the outside of the building looking at the left edge of the image.

Note on this image the two definite punches of the mintmark punch? We call that spread. If no spread is not present, it is a normal RPM. (On your example you are looking at die wear, not mintmark punch spread)

Note on RPM-004: The curve/spread on the lower SE corner of the mintmark. That is the RPM because it has spread from the mintmark punching.
