Æ 10 Assaria (AVTO KAI M KL TAKITON EV C EV CB (sic), radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right; I before / PERGAIWN METROPOLE around, PAMFVLI/AC in two lines in exergue, tetrastyle temple of Artemis Pergaia with fenced barrier containing cult-image; in pediment, facing eagle with spread wings. SNG France 622; SNG Pfälzer Privatsammlungen 458; Price-Trell 594 and 191, fig. 344; SNG von Aulock 4759. "This coin has the distinction of being the last Roman provincial issue outside of Alexandria."
33.5 mm, 18.31 grams
(Coins I am going through from an old estate lot box
still in cellophane. Just a cool piece I have not seen)

Well I think it's pretty nifty
Even with the hole it's a great novelty
Perhaps a mint worker wore it briefly as a lucky memento of the good old days
I will keep an eye on it
Who knows
I may get "lucky" !
