I found a 95 d DDO 002 in pretty good shape . I'm seeing some high records for this coin but also some low sales. Any opinions on if I should cert it?

As a general rule,a coin needs a retail value after slabbing of at least $150 to justify all cost involved in slabbing. Will wait for photos

Unless the coin is super nice, the value is not there.
