1972 Lincoln Cent DDO-004?

Here is a 1972 Lincoln Cent that I'm pretty sure is a DDO. I know some of them are very common. I need a fresh set of eyes to look at this. my question is that the rare DDO is DDO-004 and the way to tell is the Cuds on the rim next to LIBERTY which it has. Please tale a look and let me know your thoughts. Thank You.

Ok. Thank you. I have a hard time with this year since it was the worst year for the mint when it comes to making dies and that 60% to 70% of all 1972 are double dies, says Wexler.
