Is this an error? See the middle 9 where it looks like it's missing part of the number in the middle. I would assume it was a scratch but it's such a clean cut it doesn't look like it is. Just found this in a hand rolled roll I got from a teller.

The coin took a hit with something. Note how the devices are squished out on both sides of the devices? That is device splash from damage.
