First of all I want to say Hello to everyone and my apologizes if I am not in the right place for this post. But I really need help. I think I read so much information on these coins that now I am confused.
I am taking that this is not a Doubled Die. But I do know that something is not right with the coin. I maybe over thinking it, but after many hours of reading, I just give up. So here I am. Can you help explain what is going on here. It looks like several things all at once.
Thanks, Tabatha.

On the reverse of this coin you're seeing the effects of Machine Doubling and on the obverse die deteriorating doubling...True Die Doubling will be seen first in the center of coins from this era...Where and what have you been reading? Try doubleddie.com or Error-Ref.com

to CCF...good luck on future finds, have fun...

Thank you. I knew this wasn't a Doubled Die. Maybe that is why I couldn't figure out what was below the G, in Saratoga. At one point you could see it very well and a very hours later it seemed that it was hard to view. Thank you guys for your help. Maybe I was just thinking to hard. I Love these coins, I have learnt so much just reading about their history. I caught myself several times, saying to the kids,,,"Hey, did you know such and such",,, Its really pretty cool to me. My Dad in bed ridden and he and I talk about these coins and then the government and why they did this and that. But No Matter what, he tells me every day, You know they use to mint coins in Charlotte, LOL, I say "yes Dad" and we go from there. Charlotte, is at my back door. Thank you guys so very much.Happy 4th of July.
