Hi,
I found this 1964-D Lincoln Penny and it seems there is problem on President Lincoln's ear.
Please let me know your kind opinion.
With regards,
Habib.

Hi,
Thank for your kind comment. In fact there is no flattening on the coin or on the ear lobe, there is an extra mint part on the lobe and it is slightly elevated. I am sending an other picture of the coin.
With regards,
Habib.

It looks like the metal has been deformed and pushed into the area of the ear lobe. I don't think it's doubled.
