I have asked the moderators to move your topic to:

Tokens, Medals, Challenge Coins, and other Exonumia

Your picture is not in focus. Any phone can take an in-focus picture. I suggest moving the camera farther away from the token and using the magnification. Also, put the camera on a stable surface.

A lot of german cities issued commemorative tokens. You have one from Markt Erbach. The 986 might be the year of the founding of the town. The other small numbers might be a silver purity, but I cannot read them as the picture is out of focus.

It appears (through the blurriness ) to be a souvenir medal from Markt Erlbach, a smallish market town in Germany. It is not a coin.

The piece might be silver - the "986" representing its fineness.
