I didn't see any other areas affected. But I think your way over 10X on this one. I even checked on the Proof coins and they show nothing like that on their design. (Spotted a DDO and DDR no the Proofs that I was not aware of yet. (FS-101 and FS-801) But the die flow has been flowing over that area a while on your coin. It maybe not an extra eye. Even it would have been stronger than what you are seeing.
