I found this coin with DDR(on motto) and some kind of alphabets above the motto.

That area is know for weak strikes. But not the devices. How wide they are. That is a indication that the die was almost totally find on some devices. Even the EPU are showing wide looking devices. But all indicators a Struck Through Grease issue.
