it has letter that fades out, is it error or just damage of circulation?

Looks like a large date copper with over abraded die polishing.Also seeing a Rim Fin on the bottom.

You have a coin that the die was over polished so much that the outside edges of the dies devices were weaken/removed from the die. When you look at the obverse you can see the same thing, but on Liberty the 'Y' is thinned a lot more. I've seen this before on coins. But I'll be adding your images to my educational files. No premium for this, but something interesting to show to a new collector. I'd put this coin in a 2X2 as it is in great condition. Keep that way.
