I'm not sure where to post but I'm in desperate need of help.. long story can't go in dept either but I was conned into trading a truck for some, apparently valuable coins.. he also had accomplices, an expert I'm to bring him the coins and I was going that way.. the so called 'expert' seems to have vanished, it all happened so fast.. I fear they are worthless, I have already wasted 48hrs just trying to figure out and how much.. I'm far from an expert but I'm now more informed..
what section do I post pictures? thanks

I hate to be the bearer of bad news. Those coins are worth about 3 cents. Call the police.

to the CCF - glad you found us so we can offer some expert opinions. Those two coins are worth at most 4 cents - so unless you traded away a Tonka Toy truck you are the victim of a scam. Work it through your local law enforcement. Hope it works out for you.

What was said that made you think these could possibly be valuable?

You need to read the bill of sale you signed very carefully. If these clowns are half as sharp as they seem to be, you sold it for "2 coins and other valuable considerations the worth of which is hereby acknowledged" or some such. At which point you're up a creek, because they delivered exactly what you agreed to.
