Can't justify that one. Worst part is that because it's a [plus] that it had to go through the head grader/grade confirmer and it still passed

There are many more examples of this by all the TPG's. Like westernsky said, buy the coin and not the holder.
The whole reason TPG's came into existence was to allow coins to be bought and sold sight unseen in the investor community. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

This might be another case when it goes into the encapsulation slab, and the system damaged the coin going into it.
It's not the first or ever will it be the last.
