Doe anyone know of avariety for a 1969 S Proof Penny with double die in LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST?

The Two listed on V.V are both business strikes. But chances are you have Machine Doubling Even the big DDO's have Machine Doubling on them as well.

Note the bottom of the 'D'? See how that area is reduced? A sure sign of Machine Doubling.

Proof coins are double struck. If the alignment isn't a match it creates flat field doubling on the second strike flattening the first strike edges:

Even happens on doubled dies also:
1969-S-Proof-Lincoln-Cent-With-Double-Die?
Just like Machine Doubling can alter the devices after the strike. The second strike can alter the first strike on proof coins. But on your coin, I feel the MD happened after the second strike. As I mentioned on the 'D' you can see where it was reduced, so it is Machine Doubling. If this were a doubled die, then the devices would be enlarged:

Note there is no flattening, just an enlargement of the devices. The contour is intact. Machine Doubling removes the contour.
