I have this Half Dollar that I found online. Looking at the pics, which are the ones I'm fixing to post so only pics I have, it looks like a Die Crack. Please help...not best pictures I'm sorry for that but don't want to buy something and then it not be anything. Thank y'all! Oh and I know y'all like the pics to be straight so I had to drop them a lil so that they were have originals if you would like those as well.

Can tell from the images. But I doubt it is a die crack. Die cracks don't turn corners exact the same on each end. Probably a stain on the coin. A die crack would be raised above the devices and Bust. A stain will be level with the surface on the coin. Same event below above the motto as well.

These are the original pics may be why she took them this way idk but to be and I could be wrong but it looks like the like coming from the head is raised. The one south on coin bellow the motto I can see is a stain. The ones coming from both sides of head and to me looks like going across but that's why I'm asking the pros before I make any decisions.

Looks like a piece of tape or something was stuck onto the obverse.

What is running across Kennedy's head looks related to what is below the motto.

@cookie, if that is tape residue, then it might come off if you gave this half dollar a bath in acetone.
