Great job on the overlay. I usually cut the outside borders to the outside devices edge. Why? Because it leaves out guess work to determining the exact outside location to make the devices exact.

Yes, you can probably conclude it's normal. Likely just a bit of die wear fattening up things a tad. Just not seeing anything much there that would indicate a DDO. But lots of 2015 doubled dies to find, and some are pretty mild so worth checking.
