I Thought This Might Be PMD Til I Took A Closer Look. Opinions? (1998 D Cent)

Zeudonomei New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 07/16/2020 01:02 am At first glance it looks like it is damage, however the mark on the face and nose are deep and I think that there would be zinc showing if it were a scratch. I have arrows to show different points. To me it looks as if this happened at the mint. I am new at this so the opinions of those more experienced would be appreciated.
