I hate to call a coin like this uncirculated . AU Details .
Hits, scratches ,very spotty .

I'm seeing light wear, and yes, spotting, and a couple modest gouges. No better than MS60 for me. Mostly fuzzy photos.

I don't see any wear on the coin. MS-61RB due to the spotting.

Technically MS but since it's a sneezer I'd net it down to AU-55.
