NCS & Teletrade seem to think this is a problem coin, I guess this seller knows better. Here's a direct quote from the auction I thought was pertinent, with the important part highlighted in red. BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 11/17/2008 11:51 pm I agree with the VF+ grade on Teletrade. ebay is notorious for this type of thing and is a very dangerous place to buy raw coins. Other than bullion, I've only purchased 1 raw coin over $200 on ebay and got burned. Lesson learned: Don't buy expensive raw coins on the Bay unless you know the seller and/or they have a stated return policy. ANA #R3154474 Report this Post to the Staff

The thing that concerns me is that the coin looks like it was further cleaned, so the seller or an associate of the seller may have further cleaned it up and not disclosed it? I think this is his third or fourth time doing it. I posted a thread on him(about his old screen name). He was also mentioned a lot on the PCGS forums so you can also search there.
