I'm not a Kennedy collector but it looks normal to me. What is it you think you're seeing? Looks like a worn coin with a foreign substance on it, maybe some tarnish/tape residue.

Post your photos right side up, obv and rev to start with.

Yeah I thought so to but that's copper showing and the yellow is made Into the coin. Maybe dyed somehow also I can't get it to take in a picture but Kennedy head is double struck on the 3rd photo you can see a shadow of his face also if you compare it to another Kennedy the head is smaller and the eagle is smaller the collar and edging are bigger.
