Hm I see, thank you Coop, do you think it's a DDO of some kind?

The bottom left edges on the 'TY' might be a clue. But a side by side with a normal set of devices would be the next clue.

The devices look normal sized.

Alright I see, I suppose MD is getting in the way?

EDIT: Doesn't the B, R, and T have an inflated tire effect? I'm probably wrong, I'm just wondering what's making it look larger when in reality, as you said, the devices are normal.

The devices may have been flattened a bit. On the 'B' and 'R' on the centers of these devices on the DDO, they are usually pretty distorted:

I know it is a different year, but enlarging usually also distorts these devices as well.

I'm probably wrong

Trust your instincts more. You ARE quickly becoming an expert in DDO & DDRs here in our family. Have faith in yourself! You have a good eye for this! You are asking intelligent questions and in doing so, helping others learn by default. Even if you are wrong (rarely), you learn from your own mistakes. As I said, you have a good eye for this, keep up the good work!

Why thank you Merclover! I suppose I don't really value my knowledge that much when inside the CCF. I mean, I'm surrounded with so many people that have years and years of knowledge. I'm glad to hear that I'm starting to become an expert, really does mean a lot. Thanks a lot, seriously, this forum has taught me all I know about coins, varieties, errors, grading, and everything else!

Again, thank you so much for your kind words Merclover.
