That is just Machine Doubling on the reverse, not a doubled die. But you do have something special on it. It is a EDS coin.(Early-Die-State) A keeper. The reverse die is not as fresh as the reverse, but it is more of an issue with a worn reverse master hub. Looks like it is only 4 years in on this RDV-004 master hub. Looking ahead, it did change until 1985 with a fresher design with the RDV-006 design. While your reverse is a bit weak because of the worn master hub, it is still better than the following years until 1985. (Except for the 1976 Bi Centennial reverse) But this coin is a keeper because of it die state. The reverse is still a EDS, just from a weak master hub. (Which means all the others down the line was facing the same issue with the weak master hub passed down to the master die, down to the working hubs and creating the working dies.
