I got this in pocket change a while back idk what cameo or what not looks like under a scope but this looks different maybe just heavy die polish though this is the only one that had a similiar looking S mintmark also similiar devices. How are these pictures coop?

All I see is Die Deterioration on this coin. Note the flow lines across the fields.

Also see all the glare? Everywhere there is glare (the area you want to show us) it reflects off and hides what you are seeing. Try allowing the light to come from other side of the devices, then we will be able to see the MD easier.
