1960-D Interesting Double What Do You Make Of This?

I am used to seeing MD on the edges of coins, but I haven't seen it localized towards the center of the coin. I have watched a couple of videos trying to figure out how MD happens so I can stop asking stupid questions... Report this Post to the Staff
