Nothing else but the date has doubling on it. Thanks for the help.

Notice that the serifs here don't split, meaning that this is most likely MD

Also Machine Doubling flows in a direction. When Machine Doubling happens on a doubled die, the full doubling will be there, the the Machine Doubling will be in a direction.
1969-S-LMC-Mechanical-Doubling?
Note the yellow arrows. That is the direction the MD is on, but the rest of the hub doubling is present. Machine Doubling is very common on the 1968-1972 cents. (all mints)
