It's actually not a triple column. It is part of a second one. The extra mark is just part of the fluting line on the column. I've seen these before and hang onto them. I find them interesting. Some have parts of three bars, but just more fluting from the column. This one was found by Gary Cox.
That doesn't look nothing like the one from above. Not to me anyway. The doubled parts are completely different. Maybe the bump on the head is the same but thats it.
