As of today, silver content value is just under $3.14, so that's the starting point. Pics are a little too blurry to tell if it is a really high end BU coin or not. That could add to the value, but the mintage was almost 247 million, so it isn't a rarity unless there is some special error.

These are 40% silver. 0.147 troy ounces of silver in this one. $3.29 in silver after today's big run up.

40% silver and circulated. It is definitely more than $0.5. Value will depends on price of silver.
