Could be a struck through on the reverse?

Looks like a Struck Through Grease on the outside gutter, of the die that prevented the rim to form there. Most of the time we would say it is a rim Cud, but note, the rim is normal height, not raised like a rim Cud would be, because of the missing edge area of the gutter on die. I've always wondered it that area could be affected with grease, and now I know it can. Thanks for posting this.

Thank you both. That's what was bothering me about the rim is normal except in places. Didn't think it could've been Cud's.
