Would a TPG attribute this and also, what would the approximate grade be if I sent it off.

I'm not a fan of the TPG crowd but they do have their place. A nice coin! It's an easy VF-20 with potential to VF-30.

VF20 I agree with okiecoiner.
The bar is a die crack making this an error not a variety.
It is kind of a flavor of the month coin, all hype and no substance.
The "bar" die crack can be found in many years of quarters from 1872 to 1936, seems to be a natural weak point of the die.
I have about fifteen different years of "bar" quarters, most of them much more difficult to find than '36 bars, yet the '36 is the only one recognized, it's merely a matter of hype, a coin that is sure to decrease in value long term.

Here's a 1921 (key date) with the bar that has been languishing unsold on ebay for months
