Does This 1994 Quarter Have Trail Dies And Is It Double Die?

JKJ New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 07/27/2020 10:27 pm On the date of this 1994 quarter it seems that the numbers may be doubled, and there are some lines coming from 'Liberty' on the coin's obverse.
